Anafora (Anaphora) is located on the Cairo - Alexandria desert road, about half an hour from the road toll at the 150km marker to Alexandria. Take exit 8 and after about 3km you will see the name written on an arch over the entrance. From Alexandria take exit 48 to make a U-turn. See the hand-drawn map below for help. Please note you need to have a booking before arriving. 

From Cairo take the Metro to Gamal Abdel Nasser station. Walk 5 minutes north to the bus station Torgoman. Take the Sadat City bus and tell the bus driver you want to get off at Anafora (Anaphora) located near the 150km marker to Alexandria.
